Turbo Fire

Have you ever heard of Turbo Fire? If not, Click Here to watch a brief preview. This program helped me in so many different ways toward the beginning of my journey. I was at a point where I was seeing results, but I still wasn’t overly happy. I was still pretty depressed about my size, and I was still unhappy with my progress.

I started doing Turbo Fire, and it was amazing how quickly things turned around for me. Sure, in the beginning, I struggled A LOT getting the moves down. I struggled with the cardio aspect of it all because I was still way overweight. However, it doesn’t matter if you have to stop mid-move for a drink of water or if you have to do the modified version of a move or skip it entirely. All you have to do is stick it out, take breaks when you have to, and get through the workout however you can. Over time it gets easier, and you’ll find you’re able to do more and improve.

Cardio has been proven to release endorphins into your body that helps improve your mood. I am proof of that for sure! I don’t even know how many times I started a Turbo workout when I was upset or angry about something, and upon finishing, I had totally forgotten about it.

If you like dancing, kickboxing, and/or zumba, I definitely think this could be a good fit for you. It is super fun and upbeat, and you will have a great time doing it. Chalene Johnson is my favorite Beachbody trainer, and I really think you’ll take a lot away from her program emotionally and physically.
