When LimeLight launched we partnered with a decade-old icon, iL Makiage to supply our eyeshadows. The pigment on these babies was amazing (that is why a new company bought iL Makiage Canada and started MAC cosmetics). But we knew we could make them better, more blendable. Most importantly, we wanted them paraben-free. After
a year of testing, rejecting, re-testing, reformulating, we know have a shadow that is so supreme, it can only be branded LimeLight!
BEST WAY TO USE
Use shadows dry for a powdery, more blendable finish or wet for a bold, more opaque finish. Shadows can also be applied wet or dry as an eyeliner. When applying wet, dampen the brush bristles and touch in the shadow, do not add water to the shadow pan.
